AADH is now accepting abstracts  through January 7th, 2026.  The call for abstracts is designed to fill the 8 speaker sessions. The submitted abstracts are thoroughly reviewed and voted on by the AADH Governing Council.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:​

1. Course durations are 2-hours, 1.5-hours, and 1-hour.

2. Course educational objectives – must list minimum of 3-4 objectives. They should be 500 characters or less.

3. Course description – The description should be a summary of the course’s purpose. It should clearly expand upon and support the educational objectives. The description should be 2,000 characters or less.​

4. Honorarium TBD.

5. If the speaker has a sponsor(s) there will be no honorarium given by AADH.

6. Presenter information – Full contact information and a biography (not a C.V.) is required. The AADH continuing education guidelines requires a presenter to be fully qualified to present educational materials.

7. Full compliance with the AADH guidelines for continuing dental education activities must be followed. Please note this includes commercialism, bias, and image authenticity.
