I am a Registered Dental Hygienist, educator, and founder of the Martija Institute for Health Professions Education (MIHPE). I serve as faculty at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and hold a Master of Science in Health Professions Education while pursuing my PhD in the field. My work focuses on evidence-based curriculum design, assessment alignment, faculty development, and expanding access to health professions education in underserved communities.
